The Maintenance Technician will use strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems. This role involves a broad range of tasks, including routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and performing work from schematics and blueprints. The technician will handle tasks under both written and verbal instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of machines and building systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Install power supply wiring and conduit for new machinery and equipment. Replace faulty components such as motors, relays, switches, and sensors. Repair or replace electronic components, including printed circuit boards and motor bearings. Cut, weld, and fabricate metal parts for repairs or new assemblies. Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance. Troubleshoot industrial controls, PLC systems, and drives. Note: Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. 1-5 years of maintenance technician experience preferred. Skills & Experience:
Ability to take preventive action to avoid system failures or product issues. Identify and record problems and implement solutions through designated channels. Familiarity with plastic blow molding and injection molding is a plus. Background in industrial maintenance. Compensation & Benefits:

$31.00/hour (based on experience) Benefits:
