🌟 We're Hiring: HR Assistant

📍 Location: Long Beach, CA (On-site)

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you organized, approachable, and ready to be the face of HR? Join our team as an HR Assistant and play a key role in supporting our Human Resources department.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors in the HR office
  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries professionally
  • Scan, file, and organize HR documents into electronic systems
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Support onboarding and leave of absence tracking
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Experience or education in Human Resources is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable with scanning, filing, and digital recordkeeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn HR systems

Compensation: $21 to $26 per hour
