Property Soar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Charlotte. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of corporate and real estate events. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a passion for planning, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Plan and execute internal and external events, including open houses, client appreciation events, networking gatherings, and industry conferences Coordinate with vendors, venues, and contractors to ensure event logistics are seamless and cost-effective Manage event budgets and provide post-event reports and performance evaluations Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met Prepare necessary materials, such as agendas, signage, and promotional content Ensure all events align with brand standards and company goals Support team members in additional administrative or planning-related tasks as needed Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in event coordination or event planning (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as required by event schedules Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred Additional Information
