The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events hosted by Property Soar. This includes open houses, corporate gatherings, promotional launches, and community outreach events. You will work closely with the Events Manager to manage logistics, communicate with vendors, and ensure all operations run smoothly and professionally.
Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of real estate-related events Manage event setup, logistics, and on-site execution Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams Track inventory and prepare materials required for events Monitor event budgets and timelines Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for all attendees Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and communications Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational standards Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administration Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends Reliable transportation and punctuality are required Additional Information
