Evaluating what S4/Hana brings to the table and then we will be moving into first release. Source to pay expertise. Need a Business Process Analyst. Looking for someone who has worked in a procurement operational role or understands the processes very well from a business perspective. Someone who is a power user in the Ariba space for guided buying, procurement. Other tools: Experience using OpenText, iService. Expertise in Ariba Contract Management. SAP supplier collaboration. Must Understand operational aspects and know how to use the tools in procurement. Expert on how to use these tools as well is something they are looking for. We know people are not going to know every single aspect of the tools we use. If someone has OpenText experience but not Ariba, they will fill another opening we have, and vice versa for example. This is challenging because it is niche. They have to have a mix of skillsets so finding the right candidates are difficult. Strong communication skills and change management. No certs. But just be sure to meet minimum requirements. Such as years of experience and degrees. Eligible for relocation assistance. Must be in the office 3 days a week. Utility is not required but as long as they come from an enterprise environment. Will consider resumes that have short term assignments. Recommend that these items are noted as contract/projects. Would prefer candidates in long term roles vs job hoppers but Consultants that are good usually last a year to 18 months. That is ok on the resume as long as noted. Multiple interviews. Three total.
