HR Manager – Dalton, GA - Great Company / Great Culture

Who: A strong, stable company committed to supporting and developing its employees.

What: A strategic and hands-on HR Manager role overseeing onboarding, benefits, recruiting, compliance, and employee relations.

When: Immediate opening with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Where: On-site position located in Dalton, GA.

Why: New position created to support company growth and evolving HR needs.

Office Environment: Reports to the Controller and operates in-office using Paycor HRIS software.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually with fully paid benefits.

Position Overview:

The HR Manager is responsible for leading and executing core HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, recruiting support, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes
• Oversee benefits administration and annual renewals
• Support recruitment strategies and manage applicant communication
• Administer 401(k), disability, and life insurance programs
• Maintain HR compliance and accurate employee records in Paycor
• Partner with the Controller on HR strategy and employee relations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role
• Proficiency with Paycor or similar HRIS systems
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
