Job Summary
The Supply Chain Planner/Scheduler is responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies that balance demand, inventory, and supply to ensure product availability while minimizing costs. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams-including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, sales, and finance-to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Forecasting Use EDI systems to receive and process incoming orders Develop and maintain supply and demand plans using forecasting tools and ERP/MRP systems. Track and manage required materials for production Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production needs Leverage data analytics and KPIs to enhance decision-making. Develop and maintain production schedules based on order flow Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics teams Plan and schedule material flow from receipt to finished goods delivery Monitor inventory levels and lead times to avoid delays Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field. Experience with
EDI systems
(required 2-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or production planning (depending on seniority). Prior background in
purchasing ,
production scheduling , and
manufacturing Hands-on experience with
SAP
or similar ERP systems Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Requirements : Job Type : Permanent Post Date : 08/29/2025
