Job Summary
Reviews, analyzes and modifies applications and systems to include coding, testing, debugging and documenting software and programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop codes for interactive data driven web applications.
Develop interfaces to back-end databases.
Troubleshoot and debug pre-production web applications.
Maintain and upgrade applications.
Troubleshoot web server, setup and control form issues in system which affects web applications.
Assist to analyze, design and test new and/or existing systems.
Compile and write documentation to describe program development and revisions.
Assist in determining user requirements for new and modified programs and/or systems.
Keep current with the latest technology; regularly attend technical training in order to maintain technical expertise.
Perform other duties, tasks and assignments as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience Associate's degree or 60 hours of college credit coursework in a related field required Bachelor's degree preferred 4 years directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of required degree 4 years experience programming or application development in a web-based environment, relational databases and query writing, and with cross platform language required Experience programming and debugging, and operating systems is preferred Licensing & Certification

Working Conditions
General office. Must be able to perform all job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations; remain in a stationary position during shift; move items weighing up to 25 pounds; position self to operate job equipment; apply established protocols in a timely manner. Must access, input and retrieve information from technology devices; communicate with others to accomplish job requirements. May be required to work after hours to include weekends and holidays.
