Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Post open positions in SuccessFactors and other job boards.
• Assist managers with applicant screening and interviews.
• Conduct new hire orientations.
• Manage employee leave.
• Complete annual compliance reporting.
• Participate in recruiting and outreach events.
• Establish recruiting relationships with organizations.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

At least 2 years of relevant experience or a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

Work Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background checks.
• Adhere to safety requirements and procedures.
• Willing to work in a team and assist with other duties.
• Maintain professionalism with confidential information.
• Willing to travel and work away from home when required.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in email, Internet, and MS Office.
• Ability to analyze issues and exercise judgment.
• Ability to work independently and produce results.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to build relationships.

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly pay of $26 - $28 based on experience.
