Overview As a Business Analyst , you’ll be asked to serve as the liaison between our customer and the development team using the Agile software development methodology. Contributions Lead the collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization, concept development, and feature writing to support development and deployment. Help define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects. Must have experience managing Agile/Information Technology related projects and be well versed in software development life cycle and project management methodologies. Support managing customer expectations for project deliverables, manage stakeholder communications, and help implement an effective system of project governance. Apply different techniques to facilitate meetings and workshops, create a shared understanding with stakeholders, and engage team members to produce product and portfolio roadmaps. Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to decompose large epics into features and user stories that can be understood and approved by members of the development team. Document Acceptance Criteria in stories in a way that both development team and business stakeholders can understand and agree on the content. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 5+ years experience with IT implementations Must have knowledge of Steampunk DI integrated approach Unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical while also having a strong and deep technical background in Salesforce.com Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (conference calls, Skype, face-to-face) Ability to produce high quality documentation and analysis Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills Knowledge and experience with Agile Scrum methodology #J-18808-Ljbffr
