We are hiring for a Business Intelligence Analyst, who will be responsible for the design, creation and reporting of financial performance analysis for the Merchandising team serving approximately 400 convenience stores located from Maine to Texas.
This position will work in the Merchandising department, along with other internal teams and our external brand partners to maximize item sales, basket sales, transactions and profits across our promotions and loyalty platforms.

This role requires an excellent collaborator, communicator and analyst with hands-on data experience.
Will work closely with the Finance Team to access our BPC financial system.
Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making with the ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans.
Ability to navigate large, complex datasets and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Fluent in coding language(s) to join various data sources to enhance data sets.
Develop real-time data visualization dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau.
Develop automated reports for internal teams.
Monitor KPIs and performance to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
Provide timely insights and analytical support to merchandising stakeholders to enable effective business decision-making, including Globals retail pricing team; this will include assessing price sensitivity and margin opportunities/impact, and building models to support business cases.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Required.
5-7 years of previous work experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Knowledge in Advanced analytics, retail transaction data, modeling.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, Power BI).
Solid experience of Tableau and Power BI.
Nice to have: SQL coding.
