Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Dental Assistant to join our Las Vegas team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for patient care. This role supports our doctors and clinical team in delivering high-quality implant and restorative treatments while ensuring patients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during implant surgeries, restorative procedures, and routine dental treatments.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and dental equipment following OSHA and infection control guidelines.
- Take and process digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and intraoral photos as directed.
- Provide chairside support and anticipate the dentist’s needs throughout procedures.
- Educate and support patients before, during, and after treatment to ensure a positive experience.
- Document patient care and treatment notes accurately in the practice management system.
- Collaborate with front office and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.
Requirements:Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Nevada Dental Assistant and X-Ray certification required.
· Minimum 1–2 years of dental assisting experience (implant and/or oral surgery experience a plus).
· Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, sterilization techniques, and chairside protocols.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 DOE
