What we'll offer you:
- A compensation package, starting at $25- $30 per/hour based on experience and additional bonus opportunities, including a 401(k) plan with a match
- Paid Holidays
- Medical, vision, life insurance and disability plans, as well as wellness programs
- Wednesday: 7:30am-4:30pm, 60 min lunch
- Thursday: 6:30am-3:30pm, 60 min lunch
- Friday: 6:30am-3:00pm, 30 min lunch
As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):
- Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
- Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
- Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
- Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
- Develop a relationship with the patient.
- Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
- Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
- Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
- Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
- 1 year of experience working as a Dental Assistant preferred and EFDA cerified required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Other certifications as required by the state- EFDA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
