We are looking for a dynamic Dental Assistant to join our team of amazing clinicians. Our practice provides an atmosphere where quality care is the #1 priority. We value getting to know the whole patient and building relationships.

Schedule

Part Time (24 hours)

• Wednesday: 7:30am-4:30pm, 60 min lunch
• Thursday: 6:30am-3:30pm, 60 min lunch
• Friday: 6:30am-3:00pm, 30 min lunch

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies
• Develop a relationship with the patient
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working as a Dental Assistant preferred and EFDA certified required
• High school diploma or GED
• Other certifications as required by the state – EFDA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
