As an Automotive Call Center Representative/BDC Agent at our Centralized Herb Chambers Service BDC you will handle inbound/outbound calls and appointment setting, for our service clients. You will be extensively trained in all best practices, guaranteeing your success. If you are a well-spoken professional who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, you are encouraged to apply. Previous phone, retail or automotive experience is helpful, but not required. Just a great attitude. 😊

CAREER Responsibilities:

- Manage Call Volume: Answer a high volume of inbound calls and make outbound calls to follow up on leads \n
- Service Appointment Scheduling: Provide information on service availability, loaner vehicles and communicate updates to clients \n
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all client interactions \n
- Adhere to Perfect Process’: Follow industry leading scripts and dealership best practices \n
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service in a professional and courteous manner \n

- Positive attitude and high energy \n
- Basic computer knowledge and Internet proficiency, including typing at a minimum of 35-40 words per minute \n
