Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Charlotte Uptown is a premier hotel located in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina. Our team is dedicated to delivering the highest standards of service, and we are looking for a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Prepare and replenish a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold foods, beverages, and condiments. Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area and kitchen. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously. Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service. Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Must be reliable and punctual. Benefits:
