Walmart
Director, Product Management – VIZIO OS Integration
Walmart, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States, 72712
Position Summary...
As the Director of Product Management – VIZIO OS Integration, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for Walmart’s software and hardware experiences on the VIZIO platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal Walmart 4iTB teams, external VIZIO stakeholders, and executive sponsors to ensure a coordinated and scalable approach to integration. From feature planning and business case development to launch orchestration and post-launch iteration — you will lead it all.
Your experience bridging software and hardware domains, writing business narratives (PRFAQs/whitepapers), and influencing without authority will be crucial to delivering a frictionless and delightful customer experience at scale.
What you'll do...
Lead the full product lifecycle for Walmart’s integration with VIZIO OS — from initial business case through launch and iteration.
Serve as the
central product lead across 10+ Walmart 4iTB teams , including app, transactability, digital identity, search, personalization, and UX.
Align priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus in a highly matrixed environment with competing demands and complex technical dependencies.
Partner with UX, TPMs, and engineering to create well-scoped requirements and user stories that balance business outcomes with customer value.
Own the creation and review of product artifacts, including PRFAQs, whitepapers, roadmaps, UAT documentation, and postmortems.
Influence roadmap and resourcing decisions by quantifying business opportunities (e.g., revenue from new commerce experiences like Sparky on VIZIO).
Facilitate the prioritization of new integrations, working cross-functionally to define success metrics, dependencies, and long-term scalability.
Manage external partnerships (e.g., VIZIO) to ensure seamless coordination and accountability.
What you'll bring...
Proven track record leading end-to-end product development across both software and hardware ecosystems.
Strong writing skills and business case thinking — ideally gained in narrative-driven planning environments.
Deep experience working with cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations, influencing without direct authority.
Expertise in roadmap development, stakeholder alignment, and large-scale rollout coordination.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience using data and market signals to inform prioritization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to simplify complex ideas and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with commerce, content, and connected device ecosystems (TV, mobile, IoT).
Experience with both internal orchestration layers and customer-facing UI components.
