Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their finance team and take ownership of critical functions. This is a hands-on leadership role youll guide a skilled team, oversee month-end close, and ensure financial accuracy from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Of The Accounting Manager

• Lead and execute the month-end close process in a high-volume, manual environment
• Oversee and perform complex account reconciliations and journal entries
• Manage cash operations and post manual payments with attention to accuracy
• Deliver insightful variance analysis with clear, concise commentary
• Supervise and mentor a team of three general ledger accountants
  

Ideal Candidate Profile For The Accounting Manager

• Previous experience in an Accounting Manager/Supervisor role
• Proven track record managing general ledger, reconciliations, and cash transactions
• Advanced Excel skills you can build Pivot Tables from scratch, rock VLOOKUPs, IF statements, and complex formulas
• Thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Hands-on leader with a no-task-too-small mindset
• Experience with Sage X3? Thats a big plus
