Location: Dayton, OH
Pay Rate: $65–$70/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (4x10s or 5x8s) | No weekends, evenings, or holidays
Assignment: 3-month contract with potential for extension

We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) licensed in Ohio to provide on-site primary care services at a female correctional facility in Dayton, OH.

This is a full-time opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to work in a structured, supportive environment where your clinical expertise will directly impact a unique and underserved population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to an adult female incarcerated population.
• Perform assessments, manage chronic and acute conditions, and coordinate care with facility staff.
• Work collaboratively with the correctional medical team to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio (FNP or AGNP).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an NP in a primary care or hospital setting.
• Strong interpersonal and assessment skills.
• Experience in correctional or underserved settings a plus (but not required).
