Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues
- Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot customer problems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide efficient support
- Record and update customer interactions in our database
- Follow up on customer concerns and ensure resolutions are satisfactory
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns
- Handle administrative duties related to customer service operations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus
