We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with top-notch service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues
  • Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot customer problems
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide efficient support
  • Record and update customer interactions in our database
  • Follow up on customer concerns and ensure resolutions are satisfactory
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns
  • Handle administrative duties related to customer service operations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus
