About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated
Warehouse Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by organizing products, supporting production, and assisting with shipping and receiving. What You'll Do:
Sort and organize products while following company systems and SOPs Train and support new team members on warehouse procedures Maintain production equipment and ensure sanitation standards are met Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Perform packaging, shipping, and receiving tasks Open cases/cartons and prepare them for processing (machine or manual build) Load cases/cartons onto pallets according to item specifications Assemble product displays based on pre-set designs Fold, tape, label, and wrap boxes or displays Take on additional duties as needed to support the team What We're Looking For:
Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently Technologically literate, with the ability to use a computer and RF scanner Ability to train new employees on company procedures and job duties Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements (push, pull, lift) Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance; 25-50 lbs unassisted Ability to stand in one area for extended periods of time Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and reach frequently Why You'll Love Working Here
