We’re hiring a
Senior Recruiter
to lead full-cycle searches across salaried plant, skilled trades, and select engineering roles. You’ll manage a focused requisition load, own candidate experience end-to-end, and advise clients with clear market intel and tight execution. What You’ll Do Run a full desk: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, client submittals, offer close, and onboarding. Build pipelines for salaried plant roles (operations, quality, EH&S, materials/logistics), skilled trades, and entry–mid engineering as assigned. Source active and passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, community groups, and targeted outreach. Qualify for technical skills, certifications/education, shift preferences, pay targets, and culture fit. Maintain crisp write-ups and clean ATS data; track KPIs (submittals, interviews, fills, time-to-hire). Partner with client hiring teams to set timelines, calibrate on profiles, deliver feedback loops, and negotiate offers. Must-Have Qualifications Solid, consistent work history
with clear progression and strong references. 2+ years recruiting
for
skilled trades and/or salaried plant positions . Manufacturing/automotive recruiting experience . Strong phone presence, candidate closing, and compensation/shift negotiation skills. Proficiency with ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean/X-ray search. Proven record meeting fill speed, quality-of-hire, and client satisfaction metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and detail-oriented. Nice to Have Full-desk experience
in a staffing agency environment (owning both client + candidate sides). Engineering recruiting experience
(e.g., manufacturing/industrial, quality, process, maintenance/reliability, controls) —
a plus . Established network in manufacturing/automotive. Familiarity with certifications, apprenticeship pathways, and plant safety standards. Experience supporting multi-site or high-volume ramps. Compensation & Benefits Top-notch pay:
