Our client is seeking a Program Specialist - Performance Management to join their team. As a Program Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the performance management program. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Assist with documentation, editing, proofreading, and formatting program procedures and instructions
Support the planning and execution of program activities according to the fiscal-year roadmap
Document business processes, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency
Identify gaps or discrepancies in program execution and report findings
Help collect data, measure results, and create visual reports to support continuous improvement
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
1-2 years of experience in human resources or similar environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
