Our client, a leading organization in human resources management, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be part of the HR Department supporting organizational development and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Human Resources Specialist / Program Specialist, Performance Management
Location: Boise, ID
Pay Range:
$37.72 per hour
Shift:
Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8 hours
What's the Job?
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update program procedures and instructions
Support the planning and execution of program activities using the fiscal-year roadmap
Maintain training resources and deliver training sessions to provide program instructions to stakeholders
Assist in facilitating the transition of projects from implementation to ongoing operations
Create and update graphs and charts to support metrics reporting
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 2 years experience in human resources or a similar professional environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
