OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Production Support Analyst to join our team and provide exceptional process and workflow support to our users. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting applications/systems, as well as ensuring the smooth functioning of processes and workflows that are integral to the daily operations of our firm. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our organization. How you'll make an impactWhat will you be doing?Concentrated on implementing improved business processes in addition to executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of our CRM platform and our coordinated Oracle CPQThis role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analystAnalyzing business requirements and translating those requirements into customized solutions; Implementing Salesforce solutions that enforce to platform best practicesHandling data feeds; and Assisting in user trainingAdditional duties include user account maintenance, reporting and dashboards, and workflow creations. Acts as liaison between users and applications development teamCommunicates clearly and conciselyTroubleshoots a range of user workflow and process issues directly with the user, providing hands-on supportRefers more complex problems to supervisors or other expertsContributes to work flow or process change and redesign to form a basic understanding of specific functionParticipates in meetings and continuing education to improve individual, departmental, and organizational performanceEffectively works with other internal teams to triage and escalate issues that cannot be resolved by our team About YouRequired:Bachelor's degreeMinimum 3 years relevant SalesForce experienceStrong data leadership skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.Preferred:Lightning Component development experienceExperience with Salesforce platform programming languages.
