An employer is looking to add a Technical Business Analyst to their team in St. Louis, MO. This person will assist our client with a system migration and will be responsible for gathering, documenting and translating requirements. They will be responsible for analyzing data in the current system to understand how it will be migrated to the new system. They will meet with internal and external teams and be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, meeting with customers to verify requirements, and translating functional requirements into technical requirements. They will work directly with the developers to ensure that requirements are translated correctly. This person will also assist with functional testing, to ensure the new system is functioning properly.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a technical Business Analyst Extensive experience gathering and documenting requirements Experience digging in on requirements with customers and translating functional requirements into technical requirements Ability to analyze data and document findings Experience working with an ITSM tool/ticketing system, ServiceNow, Cherwell, Remedy, etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

ITIL certifications or strong understanding of ITIL processes Experience gathering and documenting requirements related to a ticketing system System migration experience
