Quality Control Inspector

to join our team in partnership with a premier leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring that world-class aircraft are built to the highest standards of safety, quality, and precision.

About the Role

As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll be part of a team-oriented environment, working hands-on with advanced manufacturing processes. From Initial Phase Manufacturing to Final Assembly, you'll ensure that every component and system is thoroughly inspected and built to meet stringent aerospace standards. Your work will directly impact the integrity, safety, and performance of cutting-edge aircraft.

What You'll Do

Inspect aircraft structures, systems, sub-assemblies, and installations using engineering drawings, route cards, QA procedures, and technical documentation.

Perform preliminary, in-process, and final inspections to verify conformity and functionality.

Conduct FOD (Foreign Object Debris) inspections and verify documentation accuracy.

Execute FAA conformity and first article inspections.

Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Support manufacturing teams with technical expertise and inspection guidance.

Participate in area audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Promote a culture of safety, quality, and compliance in every task.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

1 year of quality inspection experience

or

2 years of GAC (Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation) manufacturing experience

Completion of a formal inspection training program within 90 days of hire

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings (including CATIA)

Working knowledge of shop mathematics and standard inspection tools

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of general manufacturing experience or equivalent experience in aerospace manufacturing

Prior experience in Initial, Composites, or Final Phase aircraft manufacturing environments

Strong understanding of FAA inspection protocols and standards

Pay Details:

$32.19 per hour
