Bilingual Call Center Representatives desired for a National Personal Injury Law Firm. We have positions open for 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Our inbound call center is located in Jacksonville, Florida, off of Beach Blvd. and I-95. The ideal candidate must have professional customer service skills as well as highly functional Windows 10-based computer skills. This is an on-site position. Full-time and part-time shifts are available. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
