Role Description:
Our client, a leading national building materials distributor with hundreds of locations across the U.S., is seeking a Branch Manager to lead their Northern Hartford, CT branch, overseeing both operations and sales performance. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving branch growth, managing a $25M book of business with a 75% residential / 25% commercial customer mix, and leading a team of 15-18 employees including inside sales, drivers, and warehouse staff. You'll ensure operational excellence, mentor and develop your team, and build strong relationships with local builders, contractors, and remodelers throughout Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong emphasis on sales growth, team development, and operational oversight.
