* *Auto-refraction systems, Optos California, OCT, Fundus camera*
* *Electrophysiology (VEP/ERG), Topography, B-scan, HFA*
* Streamlined tech support and strong optician team

*What You’ll Do*
* Provide warm, efficient, high-quality patient care
* Perform comprehensive eye exams; diagnose & treat ocular disease
* Educate patients on eye health and preventive care
* Collaborate with and mentor exceptional support staff
* Contribute to a positive, patient-centric culture
*What You Bring*
* Doctor of Optometry; *licensed (or license-eligible) in CA*
* *Glaucoma certification required*; strong pathology experience
* *Spanish bilingual preferred*
* Availability *Monday–Friday*
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and a growth mindset
* Willingness to learn new optical products and make tailored recommendations
*Compensation & Benefits*
* *Base Salary: $160,000*
* *Retention Bonus: $10,000* paid after *1 year* of continuous employment
* *Relocation stipend:* $3,000
* *401(k) with 3.5% match*
