Warehouse Associate Job Details

• Location : Louisville, KY
• Shift : 1st | 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
• Pay : $19.00 / hour
• Position Type : Temp-to-Hire

Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Capable of meeting production and quality standards
• Basic experience with shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, Freight) preferred
• Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team

Role Responsibilities

• Ship orders via UPS, FedEx, or Freight, ensuring accuracy
• Attach order numbers to boxes and verify order completeness
• Perform manual assembly and verify correct pieces before beginning
• Meet ongoing production and quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized work area; break down empty boxes
• Accurately maintain personal production logs
• Pull and stock materials as needed
• Build boxes and prep materials for shipping
• Support receiving and warehouse inventory functions
• Perform other duties as assigned
