We are seeking a reliable Warehouse & Yard Associate to support our operations team. In this hands-on role, you’ll load and unload supplies, prepare job orders, assist with deliveries and pickups, and keep the warehouse and yard safe and organized.

• Load, carry, and unload construction materials such as line painting supplies, signs, tools, steel, aluminum, wood, and hardware.

• Prepare and pull orders for delivery to construction sites.

• Load and unload trucks manually or with forklifts, ensuring trucks are properly stocked for jobs.

• Maintain organized warehouse shelves and yard areas; sweep and keep work areas clean.

• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and inventory management.

• Use power tools to cut, drill, and complete shop-related tasks.

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to understand and follow instructions.

• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Must pass background check, MVR, drug test, and road test.

• Must meet DOT standards and requirements.

• Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.

• Competitive hourly pay: $17–$18 per hour

• Steady full-time schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday (30-minute unpaid lunch)
