Adecco is proudly partnering with our client in North Fort Worth to hire an

Operations Supervisor

for a direct hire opportunity. This role provides leadership and oversight for a high-performing, multi-station production department. The Operations Supervisor will manage inventory and replenishment, oversee order intake and fulfillment, and ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers. Additionally, this position drives a culture of continuous improvement and lean operations across inventory, people, and processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations in alignment with SOPs, holding associates accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.

Actively coach and develop direct reports to ensure team growth and success.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, achieving compliance with company, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT standards.

Monitor and respond to daily operational issues while ensuring production objectives are met.

Plan and coordinate shift activities to meet accuracy, efficiency, and quality goals.

Partner with management to set priorities, communicate directives, and implement shift strategies.

Provide proper training, skill development, and performance assessments for all shift personnel.

Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Lead special fulfillment projects as needed.

Track and report production and personnel performance metrics to support departmental goals.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Participate in recruiting, selection, performance reviews, and corrective actions when necessary.

Foster collaboration with peers and departments to implement effective fulfillment strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field; OR minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading teams.

Prior experience in warehousing, 3PL, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude while multi-tasking and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong process improvement skills with proven ability to implement new procedures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal leadership ability.

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desired.

Pay Details:

$65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
