Position Overview: Brokerage Client Assistant
Hourly Rate: $23.45 p/hr
Schedule: Weekdays - Business Standard Hours 
Location: 950 Wayzata Blvd E, Wayzata, MN 55391 - 100% ON SITE 
Duration: 3-month contract with potential for extension based on performance. 

Responsibilities:
• Support administrative, operational, and reporting tasks for Financial Advisors.
 
•     Support the daily operation functions of the branch, i.e. deposit, correspondence, and receptionist duties.
• Provide accurate account information and process security transactions.
• Handle client inquiries and maintain thorough documentation.
• Create and manage reports for client relationship development.

Candidate Qualifications:
•  2+ years of Brokerage and Client Services support experience
• Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Professional demeanor with client-facing responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office preferred.
