#J-18808-LjbffrSUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant I will primarily perform reception and administrative support duties for Administrative Services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)
- Answer the Court Administration telephone line, direct calls to appropriate parties, and answer inquiries related to departmental and Court procedures. Make referrals to other departments, agencies, or outside entities as needed.
- Provide customer service as receptionist and liaison with the public and Court personnel. Greet individuals, address questions and requests professionally, and provide front desk coverage for Administrative Services, unless assigned elsewhere by the Office Manager.
- Complete administrative tasks such as composing correspondence, forms, documents, photocopying, faxing, filing, mailing, emailing, and assembling packets or binders.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite or MS365 proficiently and utilize other Court software as needed.
- Order and maintain supplies, process online supply orders, maintain inventory tracking, and place City Print Shop orders.
- Track usage of departmental equipment.
- Support staff and management in areas such as finance, human resources, payroll, and special Court projects.
