Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new clients opportunities and effectively communicating the value of our products and services to potential clients.
Duties
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Answer phone calls and encourage customers to be in an appointment
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Engage in cold calling to generate new business leads and expand the customer base.
- Manage territory sales by developing strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to align on goals and performance metrics.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of account management activities, ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
- Build strong relationships with B2B clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a boutique and fashion environment.
- MUST be fluent in Spanish
- MUST be Bilingual - Spanish & English
- Familiarity with software solutions related to sales processes is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in account management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards cold calling and lead generation is essential.
- Technical aptitude for understanding product specifications and features is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
