Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Denver, CO. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project activities, including expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience in Project Management and Inspection
- Skills in Expediting and serving as an Expeditor
- Proficiency in Logistics Management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Denver, CO
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field is preferred
- Experience in residential construction is a plus
