Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager/Estimator for a full-time, on-site role located in Denver, CO. The Estimator will oversee project planning, management, and execution from start to finish. Daily tasks include coordinating with subcontractors, managing timelines, expediting materials, conducting inspections, handling logistics, and ensuring projects stay on budget and meet quality standards. Qualifications Project management & Estimation and Expediting skills Experience in Inspection and Logistics Management Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively with subcontractors and clients Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in residential construction or renovation projects is a plus Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
