Job Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, driving success from preconstruction to closeout. You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to align with client goals.
  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver project reports on cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Lead project teams with a focus on collaboration and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience, with a track record of delivering projects of varying scope and complexity.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
