$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-respected Chicago-based builder known for delivering high-quality commercial, institutional, healthcare, and multi-family projects. This individual will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of assigned projects, from planning and procurement through construction and turnover
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and risk management
• Lead project meetings and ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverables
• Monitor field progress and support superintendents in maintaining safety, quality, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project engineers and support staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor or construction manager
• Proven track record delivering commercial, institutional, or healthcare projects in the $5M$50M+ range
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
