What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of assigned projects - ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Team Management: Supervise and support field staff, foremen, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and general contractors.
- Budget & Schedule Control: Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and progress reports.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Safety & Quality Assurance: Enforce safety protocols and uphold the company’s standards for high-quality electrical installations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial electrical construction (projects valued $10M-$50M+).
- Hands-on background as an electrician, foreman, or field leader who advanced into management is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects at once.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
