$110,000 - $150,000 base salary (based on experience)

We’re seeking a Project Manager to join a nationally recognized electrical contracting firm with a 50+ years track record of excellence.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of assigned projects - ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Team Management: Supervise and support field staff, foremen, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and general contractors.
  • Budget & Schedule Control: Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Safety & Quality Assurance: Enforce safety protocols and uphold the company’s standards for high-quality electrical installations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in commercial electrical construction (projects valued $10M-$50M+).
  • Hands-on background as an electrician, foreman, or field leader who advanced into management is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects at once.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
