We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to own their projects, work closely with field teams, and help drive job performance from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned projects
• Maintain budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Serve as the main point of contact between the client, subs, and internal teams
• Partner with field supervisors to ensure quality and safety
• Drive results while maintaining positive relationships

Requirements:

• 3–10 years of GC-side experience in construction project management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing commercial projects (ground-up or interiors)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend)
• Detail-oriented and motivated to grow
