A well-established, mid-sized general contractor based in Lexington is seeking a Site Supervisor to help lead and deliver commercial construction projects across the local market. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on background—whether you're a working superintendent, lead carpenter, or foreman—who’s ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a larger leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all daily field activities on job sites
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
• Enforce safety protocols and job site cleanliness
• Maintain construction schedules and quality standards
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth operations
• Proactively communicate project status and field conditions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of field experience in commercial or light industrial construction
• Background in GC or self-perform environments preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Career-driven and looking for growth into a PM track
