Water/Wastewater Project Manager
Job Title: Water/Wastewater Project Manager
Job Location: Jacksonville, FL
Salary: $125K-175K
Requirements: 5+ years of water/wastewater construction experience. Experience with Pump/Lift stations, water/wastewater treatment plants, and water, wastewater, & stormwater management systems highly preferred.
Position Overview:
The Water/Wastewater Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of water and wastewater projects. The role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water and wastewater project teams from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for water treatment and wastewater treatment projects.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to meet project requirements.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for pump stations and lift stations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards throughout project execution.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Resolve project-related issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing water and wastewater projects.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment, wastewater treatment, pump stations, and lift stations.
