Overview
Product Marketing Manager- Contract Role
Location: Greater Indianapolis Area, US-Remote
Type: Contract (~4 months)
Payband: $85-95/hour
The Covideo team is expanding its product offerings and seeking a contract Product Marketing Manager to support upcoming launches and bring new solutions to market. We’re looking for a product marketer who operates at the intersection of product strategy and execution—able to define GTM positioning and content strategy while also delivering tangible deliverables.
You’ll partner closely with our Covideo Marketing, Product, and Account Management teams to:
- Help shape product positioning, value propositions, and GTM launch for new product offerings
- Coordinate beta programs and customer feedback loops
- Build content and enablement assets that support awareness, adoption, and revenue growth
This is a contract position (~4 months), ideal for a self-starter who can operate independently, juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
What Youll Do
Working alongside the Covideo marketing team, you’ll complete key initiatives and assets that help bring new products to market:
Strategic Marketing & Positioning
- Help shape market positioning, value proposition, and summary messaging for new offerings
- Support competitive landscape research and analysis
- Align with leadership on success metrics & KPIs for product launches
Beta & Customer Engagement
- Partner with product teams to coordinate beta programs (customer recruitment, utilization goals, success metrics, and feedback capture)
- Facilitate customer interviews to gather product feedback and insights
- Capture baseline performance metrics that can translate into case studies / testimonials
Content & Asset Creation
- Sales assets: sales pitch/demo decks, one-pagers, FAQs, battlecards, demo scripts, talk tracks
- Marketing content: email campaigns, product datasheets, brochures, website/landing pages, blog & SEO content
- Customer-facing stories: testimonials, case studies, onboarding materials,
- Campaign support: paid ads, launch announcements, etc.
Enablement & Training
- Support creation of internal launch materials: enablement decks, facilitate training sessions as required, and knowledge base articles
- Support customer onboarding materials and AM enablement tools
What Youll Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in product marketing or related B2B SaaS marketing role
- Strong track record in bringing new products to market (from positioning through launch)
- Ability to balance strategic thinking (market insights, messaging frameworks) with executional excellence (content creation, asset delivery)
- Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple deliverables across teams
- Strong writer, communicator, and storyteller with a portfolio of content work (sales decks, product one-pagers, customer stories, etc.)
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales/AM teams
- Familiarity with automotive SaaS, video, or CRM/marketing tech a plus
