Human Resources Manager Needed in the Greater Atlanta Area

We’re partnering with a leading automotive parts manufacturing company that’s looking to bring on an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead site-level HR operations and serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on while also influencing big-picture people strategies—someone who can balance the daily rhythm of plant operations with long-term workforce planning, culture development, and employee engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the key HR advisor to local plant leadership

• Oversee all core HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workforce development

• Drive employee engagement and help build a positive, high-performing culture

• Partner with corporate HR on broader organizational initiatives

• Support training, coaching, and leadership development at the site level

• Use data and HR analytics to inform decisions and track impact

• Lead and mentor a local HR team - you must be on the floor!

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience; at least 2 years in a leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing operation, ideally automotive part manufacturing.

• Strategic Mindset with a Tactical Approach

• Experience developing and managing a departmental budget

• Must be data driven

• Strong knowledge of labor law, compliance, and employee relations

• Confident communicator and collaborative partner to operations leadership

• Comfortable navigating change and driving HR initiatives from concept to execution

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
