Your Impact

As Director of Human Resources, you will lead HR strategy and operations across both corporate functions and acquired facilities. You’ll play a key role in M&A due diligence and integration, ensuring smooth transitions for newly acquired sites while building a strong, aligned, and engaged workforce.

  • Lead HR efforts during acquisitions, including due diligence, onboarding, and post-acquisition integration
  • Develop and implement HR integration plans (benefits, policies, and culture alignment)
  • Build trusted relationships with both corporate staff and plant-level employees
  • Ensure compliance with federal and multi-state employment regulations
  • Support workforce management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development
  • Oversee HR policies, handbooks, training, benefits, compensation, and performance management systems
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador across the organization

About You

  • 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with strong focus on M&A and multi-state operations
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with executives, investors, legal teams, plant managers, and hourly staff
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder, able to foster trust at all levels
  • Skilled in project management, organizational design, and talent development
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, distributed environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred
