Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $35 - $45 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Work with a Senior BA and Project Manager to figure out the ROI (return on investment) for existing programs.
- Analyze available data (not heavy coding or advanced analytics) and turn it into clear, useful insights for leadership.
- Help senior leaders make strategic decisions by providing data and recommendations.
- Create user stories and use Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation and reporting.
- Be part of a team building a Center of Excellence to share best practices across the company.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of business analysis experience.
- Someone who asks the right questions, digs into data, and tells a clear story.
- Comfortable working with limited datasets—this is not a heavy technical or coding role.
- Financial services experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree and relevant work experience is required for this position.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
