Job Description
We are hiring across multiple locations: Eden Prairie, MN; Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; Franklin Lakes, NJ. The client is a Fortune 50, multi-billion dollar revenue-generating organization with a broad spectrum of products and services across major operating businesses.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Business Analyst
- Location: Eden Prairie, MN
- Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in an analytical discipline (Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Management, Finance, Operations Research, Data Research & Analysis, etc.)
- Strong business acumen and sense is required. This is not an IT role; the leader will act as an interface between the business and data, with a strong hands-on understanding of linking the business to data via SQL and data analysis experience.
- Experience in Business Intelligence, Business Information Management, Data Analysis, Operational Reporting, Data Warehousing.
- Minimum 6 years of experience (or 4 years if the candidate has a Master’s degree) in correlating business processes and IT applications to back-end databases and systems, with a goal to create repeatable, efficient data objects for BI, Analytics, and Information exchange.
- Experience working with large databases and data warehouses to create meaningful, usable data solutions to extract information out of application transactional data.
- Experience leading technical and non-technical resources in the areas of Information Management, Data Strategy, Business Intelligence development, ETL development, data quality, etc.
